Made from resilient rubber, the Breg Adjustable Heel Lifts are designed to allow you to add up to 3/8″ of lift or peel away one or two layers to create a 1/4″ or 1/8″ lift.. They fit inside all types of shoes and maintain their corrective lift while still helping to absorb shock at heel strike.
