Allison Sierze is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who grew up in the Central Valley. Her education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from Fresno Pacific University (2016), an Emergency Medical Technician certification from National University (2018), as well as an Associates Degree from Institute of Technology in their CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (2019).
Allison first became interested in physical therapy in elementary school while being treated for minor sports injuries, and in 7th grade decided that physical therapy would become her career path.
Allison has spent a majority of her career in an outpatient orthopedic setting but has experience in hospital and in-patient settings as well. During her time at Fresno Pacific, she volunteered in a clinic and then became an aide, solidifying her passion for the field. Her goal for every treatment is to make her patients feel understood and valued. She tailors treatment sessions specifically toward each patient’s specific goals. One of her strengths is explaining the interventions and why they are being performed so that patients can understand the treatment process and become an active participant in their own recovery journey.
In her spare time, Allison is a proud pet parent, as well as a happy auntie to a niece and three nephews. She is the youngest of three siblings- with both an older brother and a sister. She enjoys quality time with family and friends, spending time outdoors in the mountains or at the beach, as well as time spent wrapped up in a good book. To stay up on her health and fitness, she enjoys frequenting a specialty gym that focuses on instructor-led boxing and fitness classes.
