I was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. My passion for research led me to pursue a Master of Biomedical Sciences at A.T. Still University. During this time, I was first introduced to the field of podiatry, which quickly became my calling
I then went on to obtain my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and subsequently completed my residency at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Driven by a strong commitment to limb preservation, I pursued advanced fellowship training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery with a focus on diabetic limb salvage, including soft tissue flaps and external fixation techniques.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with his wife and children, especially on bike rides and walks. I am an avid sports enthusiast that enjoys jogging, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. I have a passion for exploring new regions and learning about new cultures.
