Dr. Elizabeth Pankow is board qualified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, she received her podiatric medical degree in Des Moines, Iowa. She then completed residency at a Level 1 Trauma Center in New York City where she gained valuable experience treating a wide variety of conditions ranging from bunions, arthritis, foot/ankle injuries, skin disorders, biomechanical disorders, and chronic wounds. In addition she is trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques, which accelerates post-operative recovery time.
Dr. Pankow collaborates directly with many different specialists in our area (e.g. Vascular Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Infectious Disease, Physical Therapy) in order to provide comprehensive care for each person she treats. She enjoys meeting and getting to know her patients; this allows her to choose a customized treatment plan for each person who walks in the door. Her ultimate goal is to provide high quality care in order to get patients back on their feet as soon as possible.
